Does Your Heart TRUST GOD

00:01 Praise Jesus Christ. Brothers and sisters, today is the power of Christ. Daily 24th of July. Does your heart trust God? Does your heart trust God? You see, mercies are new every morning for those who love God.

00:18 But of course there’s a sowing and reaping rule God has put in place to keep us safe now. But we have to trust God to be able to follow that rules. Because our heart will not trust.

00:28 For instance, Jeremiah 29:11 13, God says, I have good plans for you. Not plans to hurt you, but plans to give you hope and a great future. Good future.

00:39 And in James he says, each one is tempted when we are drawn by our own desire and entice. Our desire is where? From our heart. From our heart.

00:49 We are drawn by our own desire and enticed. Now brothers and sisters, in this our hearts are treacherously wicked. Because our heart and our mind have been trained by the world.

01:01 We are born of Christ, so we are not. We trust God. Our spirit man trusts God.

01:07 Our spirit man loves God. Our spirit man loves Jesus Christ. Your spirit man loves Jesus Christ.

01:14 But your heart, God says treacherously wicked, does not trust God because he trusts the world. Trust what has been trained into. And this gives a lot of problems to a lot of people because it says after being enticed and drawn by own heart desire,
when desire is conceived, it gives birth to sin.

01:34 And when sin is full grown, it death. Now there are things the heart will want and we, because we are in the world, we will think it’s fine. For instance, there is one case I remember some years ago.

01:50 One single mother with four children. The eldest one just finished A levels and wants to get into medicine, want to do a medical degree, but no money. And the uncle or somebody who promised her the money couldn’t bring up the money sadly.

02:09 And she was upset, hurt, angry, unforgiving and all that. So finally I told the child, look here, God actually wants you to do acca accounting. Profession Accountant.

02:23 When God says that, obviously you would not. She didn’t like it because all her life, for several years she’s thinking of account medicine. Medicine, medicine, medicine.

02:34 And now people will say what is wrong? Her desire is medicine. True for some people medicine. For some people, accounting.

02:42 So some people farming. God has a special plan for each of his children. But God doesn’t want us to go and get debts.

02:51 There are people who borrow money for the children’s education from loan sharks and suffer after that. God doesn’t want us to do all this story. So now having said that, let’s look at this.

03:06 So what happened? This girl became very angry, very upset. I told her, sister, I can’t force you. I’m not here to force anybody.

03:13 I’m only telling you in godly counsel what I heard. So it’s your choice. I can’t force anybody.

03:20 So I told her, our hearts are wicked. Our hearts are one thing. But Jesus loves you.

03:25 Jesus loves you and he’s got a great plan for you. Only he will know the future. He can make the future for you.

03:32 This is Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Now one, two weeks went by and became. She became convicted.

03:40 She became convicted and finally decided to do the ACGA within three, four, five years maximum. She was only earning thousands of dollars. I think at one point already, while till the early 20s, you know, she’s already earning 10,000.

03:55 I think she was doing accounts, managing accounts for Volvo. Can you imagine how is this possible while her friends are still in the college, not even graduated yet, doing medicine and owing people and all that. So only God knows.

04:13 Only God knows. So only God knows how to make your plans. He got special plans.

04:18 Not plans to harm you or hurt you, but good plans and future. Now of course, after that she became wonder to many, wonder to many. But we must remember it was God Almighty who loves her and told her this way.

04:35 Now if she decided, no, I will go and do whatever I want, I don’t care, I will go and borrow, I will do something, push through. Yeah, it can happen. Her life would have been a mess.

04:47 There are a lot of doctors who are in a mess. It is not the profession that gives us peace. It is the love of God in us and we loving God that gives us peace.

04:58 That is why, brothers and sisters, this thing about our heart desire must be clear now you see what is the belief? Belief is trusting him, relying in and clinging on to Jesus completely. It’s not saying I believe, I believe. Remember, even the
demons believe and tremble.

05:18 So I believe, I believe it’s not going to work. Now that is why God says, get godly counsel. Get godly counsel because our heart will say this.

05:28 Now, for instance, there are people desire, as I said, dealt with a lot of debts, lot of loan sharks. And there are people who ended up stealing because they believe they don’t know what to do. They got caught, they gone into the college.

05:43 And then finally, can you imagine now this education is so costly, so costly. If you got four, five children, that alone will crush you. Worry every day, worry, worry, worry.

05:54 And we know what has done, worry has done. Yesterday also we were talking about this worry Calms us. Jesus wants us to have peace.

06:02 He said, guard your heart with the peace of the Lord. Peace of Jesus Christ. How to have peace when you allow your heart to draw you this way, that way, and it seems right.

06:12 Suppose you discuss with somebody in the world. They say, what’s wrong? You must strive, you must get this. You must succeed, you must push through.

06:21 But you know the suffering these people have when they don’t follow Christ. There’s only peace in Christ and in his ways. That’s why Jesus says in the word, godliness with contentment is great gain.

06:34 It looks ridiculous to the world. What is contentment can get great gain? They’ll ask, can contentment get great gain? Yes. These are spiritual laws.

06:44 These are miracles of Christ. Contentment with godliness. Godliness is God.

06:50 Likeness is great gain. Contentment by itself is not going to give you great gain. Contentment with godliness.

06:57 Loving God, doing his will, wanting to do, wanting to please him. Obeying. What is loving God? Obeying his commandments.

07:05 Why obeying commandments? Prescription for us. Prescription. Cure for us.

07:10 Now when we begin to obey God, that is godliness, not just contentment. Contentment. Contentment.

07:16 No, no. God let them with godliness do what he says. Now, all this career, business and all, yes, we also studied, we also became professionals.

07:24 I also became professionals, became running businesses and all that. But actually, finally the devil comes to steal, kill and destroy. If you do not have the power of Christ in you at one point of time, whether in the marriage, whether in the job,
whether in finances, whether in owning properties, whether in your games, in hobbies, your friends, the devil will come to steal, kill and destroy.

07:48 Until you take a stand and say, I have power in Christ against demonic forces. I have power in Christ and I want to do what my Lord, the husband of my soul, put me here. For each of us have got a long term career.

08:06 This, whether doctoring or accounting or whatever, is a short term earthly career. Earth God says, your life is like a vapor. It’s poop gone, poop gone.

08:18 Life is like a vapor. So now. But what is our actual career? Actual career? Of course the world will say vocation and all that.

08:28 It is doing the will of Christ, Holy priests unto Christ. 1, 2. We are ambassadors for Christ.

08:40 3. We will set the captives free. People are suffering.

08:41 We will set the captives free in the name of Jesus Christ. These are callings of great nature. One soul, as far as God is concerned, is worth more than the whole world.

08:56 He said, what does it profit a man to gain the whole world? And Lose his own soul. So what does it profit a man to gain the whole world and lose his own soul? So therefore, brothers and sisters, one soul is worth more than the whole world for
Christ. So when we begin to do his will.

09:15 In fact, Jesus said, you will do greater works than I more. Because he only spent three years and went had to go and give us power. And he had to go to sit on the right hand side of Father God.

09:27 Why he had to go? Because he said if he doesn’t go, he can’t send the Holy Spirit into us. We need the Holy Spirit power now. In that power we are looking souls for Christ to settle.

09:40 Why the soul can have peace in Christ. Souls are suffering, brothers and sisters. Our own family members are suffering.

09:46 Yes, we will tell them. Some of them may not listen, but love them. Now even this.

09:51 Whatever counsel we give, people don’t follow. We will love them, but will not follow them. I will not follow them because I have suffered enough.

10:00 I know my safety and joy and peace and my safety for future. My success in the Lord is only in the Lord the world. I am not going to follow because why danger.

10:12 I already suffered. That’s why the servants here all have suffered. They all come out and Jesus has given them a great calling.

10:20 Each of them are caring, loving, godly counsel. God said get godly counsel. If you don’t know the scripture, can’t hear God.

10:28 Many times in this kind of heart desire people have, they cannot hear God. The heart desire is so strong. You are only hearing your heart and your mind.

10:38 And you think it’s right. Why? It doesn’t seem wrong. Want to do medicine.

10:42 Medicine. It doesn’t seem wrong, isn’t it? I will help people when I become a doctor. You know, recently there’s a report I read here Malaysia.

10:51 I think half of the interns are unable to be placed or something. I’m talking about medical interns. They can’t get internship.

10:57 Somebody waiting for six months or something. There was some report. Now having said that, only God will know, isn’t it? How will we know? We won’t know.

11:05 At that time when you were studying five years ago. We won’t know. We won’t know.

11:09 Six, seven years ago. Finally come here. No internship.

11:12 Struggling to get internship stigma. But God would have known it a date. That is why follow Christ now.

11:18 Godly counsel those parents, those single mothers particularly suffering to pay the bills. Children education so costly. There are ways to settle these.

11:27 Get hold of the servants that get to the grace of life. Ask for counsel. Be open, brothers.

11:32 And sisters, nobody is going to condemn you. But they’ll tell you the truth. And if you do not like the counsel, you go and do what you want to do.

11:39 Nobody is going to force you. Because why? We are not policemen, we are not dictators. We are just merely servants.

11:46 We can only tell. But if we do not follow the counsel and all that which we know is true, we cannot participate with you because it will harm us. So we will tell the truth and move on.

11:58 Because everyone wants to hold on to their own salvation, to their own joy that they have. They don’t lose their peace and joy. So they will tell you counsel if you do not want to do.

12:08 We will still love you, but we will not participate. That’s how we follow. Why? That’s how God says so.

12:15 Flee from all semblance of evil. What is the semblance of evil? Anything looking evil, anything that goes against the word of God. We run away.

12:25 Run away because we don’t want the frequencies, all these messages, all entering our heart and mind. And we begin slowly. We end up doing wrong.

12:32 We don’t want all that. We want righteousness, peace and joy. We want to love everyone as God has commanded us.

12:34 We want to do works as he has commanded. Just set the captives captive free. Therefore, brothers and sisters, today is a great day.

12:46 There is a hope and a future in Christ. Anyone having this, money problems, whatever, get to the grace of life. Somebody will counsel you in many languages, in several languages.

12:57 And this is all doable. People have come off. People have come to.

13:02 Their lives have changed. They have become wonder to many. When they came, they were lost and forsaken, really without Christ.

13:10 Now Christ has come into their lives. We are here to teach and guide, but not force. We cannot and it’s not our.

13:18 We have our own fear of God. We don’t want to offend God. We want to love all.

13:25 Therefore, brothers and sisters, today is a wonderful day again. But examine yourselves against the word of God. Examine your heart’s desire against the word of God.

13:35 So your heart. Now, in the name of Jesus Christ, I command my heart and mind to trust God. To rely on God.

13:42 To rely on Jesus Christ to obey Jesus Christ. To obey his commandments. In the name of Jesus Christ, I command the heart and mind to obey the commandments of Jesus Christ.

13:54 Because it’s a cure and a prescription for me. It’s a remedy for me. In the name of Jesus Christ, I pray.
