00:16 Now today is the day my friend Shantakumar’s funeral is today. So of course a lot of things are going on from yesterday, from the day in fact going on for a week from the time he was in a serious condition. We ask for mercy from Christ.

00:37 The power of Christ gives us to know and believe that when we ask for mercy from Christ, mercy is shown to us. So we ask for ourselves first now and for others. Love all that command you cannot get out of it.

00:53 Because if you really love Jesus Christ, he said if you love me, keep my commandments. And what are his commandments? His commandments he said are not burdensome. They are easy to do.

01:04 Why he has empowered us to do. That’s why it is easy to do without him. Under the Old Testament there is no power to do.

01:12 That’s why God calls the Old Testament ministry of death. The New Testament is empowered to do the ministry of life. We are empowered to do because he empowers to do.

01:22 Therefore his commandments can be kept. And what are his commandments? The Hebrew understanding is authoritative prescription. Prescription means like medicine being given.

01:32 If you do that, it’s medicine to our souls, to our life. You know we do that. Now this is the coughing of an eye.

01:41 I’m sorry brothers, but sometimes the cough becomes too much because when the haze I breathe in some particles have gone into the lungs and until they are dissolved and removed by the body it’s in the lungs. It’s not just a throat matter whereby we
can take some cough syrup or clear the throat or something. It is in the lungs.

01:58 But Jesus has seen me through and my faith is in Christ for everything. The word you see the word footloose and fancy feet. Even before that let’s remind ourselves the critical scriptures.

02:12 If we think we know something, we do not know as we ought to know as yet. 2. Love your neighbour as yourself and you will live.

02:18 3. God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble. James 4:6 he opposes the proud.

02:26 So we must be very clear about this. That’s not he opposes. You can say you are a Christian and you want to be proud.

02:32 He will oppose and we say no. If you accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Master, he won’t oppose you. If you truly accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and master, you won’t be proud in the first place.

02:45 If you have not truly accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and master in your heart. The heart will be proudful. When we say proud means our hearts are proud.

02:55 Our spirit man is of course Jesus Christ has come. Our hearts, our hearts will be trained. Now we have to accept Jesus Christ, confess by our mouth and believe in their heart.

03:07 If you believe in your heart that you submit to Jesus Christ from today, of course the pride will go and you will remember this. God opposes the proud, but gives grace to the humble. In fact, he gives actually more and more grace to the humble.

03:20 Now therefore, let’s all command in the name of Jesus Christ. I command every spirit of pride to get out of me. Get out of me.

03:28 In the name of Jesus Christ. There must not be an ounce of pride in me. I curse it, I destroy it.

03:34 By the power of the blood of Jesus Christ. By the name of Jesus Christ. Everything in me must be humble.

03:40 Lord, first humble to your word. Humble to God means humble to your word, Lord, because you are the word is the son of the living God. It’s Jesus Christ.

03:49 The word is Jesus Christ. So humble to your word. In the name of Jesus Christ, I command my heart and mind to be humble to the word of God.

03:56 And when God says, love your neighbour as yourself. Yes Lord, I accept it. I want to do that in the name of Jesus Christ.

04:05 And God says the Word is whatever the Word is given. We want to test ourselves, examine ourselves. He says, examine yourself.

04:12 I want to examine myself. Why I am humble to the word of God. And he says, if you think you know something, you do not know anything as you ought to know as yet.

04:21 So now all these little fundamental scriptures are important. Today we are talking about Footloose and fancy free. When I first came to the Lord, several years before that there was a movie called Footloose.

04:32 Footloose was a dance movie. So Footloose has done so well. So foot they considered footloose, but actually that’s not the meaning.

04:40 When I came to the Lord, everything, whatever he says I want to do. So footloose is I have no commitment higher than commitment to Christ. That means I can go anywhere, travel anywhere, get up and move straight away that I’m not saying, no, I can’t
move here because I like this house.

05:01 I must stay in this house. He’s God said, go and stay in that other house. No, no, I must stay in this house.

05:06 I like this house. Foot loose immediately. Your foot is loose for Christ.

05:08 Your foot is loose for Christ. That means sometimes interview people ask are you able to travel for your job or not? Yes, I’M footloose and I can follow wherever my job goes like that. This footloose for Christ, fancy free means I do not have any
commitments, I do not have any love, any emotional ties, any ties to anything or anybody higher than Christ, higher than Christ.

05:37 My emotion, everything is tied to Christ. That means I don’t have fancy for myself. Not my likes and not my wants and not my dislikes.

05:46 Even Lord, I don’t like this. No, Jesus said it means I like it Lord, I like this Lord. But God says, no, you don’t like this means no, I don’t like this.

05:58 I dislike this. Now fancy free. When God Jesus says this means yes Lord, something I liked before.

06:05 Now Jesus says no, that’s not good for you. Immediately, no, I do not want to do this. I command my heart and mind, you will not like this anymore.

06:14 Jesus Christ, your husband of your soul, the King of Kings, Lord and master and savior for you, says no, I command my heart in the name of Jesus Christ. Therefore footloose and fancy free. I told myself very quickly after a few months in Christ,
this is what I want, Lord, I am footloose and fancy free for you.

06:33 And I’ll tell people I am footloose and fancy free for Christ, whatever He says now, this simply means in the actual Word of God, let your will be done. Matthew 6:10 where the Lord’s Prayer is, your kingdom come, your will be done on earth as it is
in heaven. Now Jesus Himself let this cup not pass from my lips, but not my will.

06:58 But let Thy will be done. He told the Father. So now we tell Jesus, let thy will be done.

07:05 Now his will be done. Now this kingdom come, your will be done on earth as in heaven. We must remember this when we are praying for something for the country or for any country or any part of the world or whatever.

07:18 You must remember this scripture where Jesus taught the prayer, let your kingdom come. Let your will be done on earth as it is heaven, not my will. And I see people praying for all kinds of things for their own countries because I read all of the we
have people all over the world.

07:34 They are wanting things for a country, but they dare not say, let yout will be done. Let yout will be done. You know why many times we dare not say, let yout will be done because our heart doesn’t trust God to do what our heart likes.

07:54 So you believe if you say, let your will be done. And when Jesus decides to do something, you may not like it. So that is why our heart and mind will not Allow us to say, let yout will be done.

08:07 Because we are afraid when its will is done, it will become painful for our flesh. So we do not say, lord, bring me a wife or a husband and let yout will be done then. Or, I want a wife like this, like this, like this.

08:18 I want a husband this way, this way, this way. But actually, nobody wants to think, what kind of wife will I be. Am I the kind of wife, am I ready to be the kind of wife I’m supposed to be in Christ? Go and read Proverbs 31, where it talks about how
a wife should be, but of course, still under the ministry of death.

08:39 That one, how a wife should be, but no power to become that. But go and read that and use the New Testament power to become the kind of wife who in Proverbs 31, can you imagine how this is used? Use the power, the ministry of life in the New
Testament. Use the power there to become what God has told us, how we should be.

08:59 And all the Proverbs and all that to become that. So read the Old Testament to see how God tells us to be. And then go and get the power from the New Testament and be that.

09:09 The Old Testament by itself has no power. It’s called ministry of death. Therefore people couldn’t make it, couldn’t do what God told us to do there.

09:18 That’s why Jesus came and suffered like that. Let your will be done footloose and fancy free. Let your will be done footloose and fancy free.

09:26 Anything that my heart fancies. No, what Jesus wants comes first. Footloose.

09:32 Yes. Whatever one God may know, I’m not stuck here. What my job will say, what my boss will say, what my wife will say, what my husband will say, what my children will think, what my neighbor will think, what other people, Christian brothers.

09:44 And say what my relatives know what Jesus said. What did Jesus say regarding this matter to you? And move, move footloose, fancy free. Not what I like, what I like, what I like, what Jesus likes.

10:01 What does Jesus like me to do? He’s the husband of my soul. I want that. And how do we get there? In the name of Jesus Christ, commanding the heart and mind to change using his word.

10:11 Lord, your word says God opposes the proud, but gives grace to the humble. I do not want to be proud. So you begin to look at that.

10:18 Any action you are doing, is it prideful. And then it begins to change. Because the word of God will change us.

10:24 You see, one of the things is my daughter and son in law and Grandchildren are all in Melbourne. And also at that time, when they first went there, there was no church there. But when God tells me to go to Melbourne, it has been winter now, later
on, a church was God raised a church there also send me in winter.

10:50 Every time he makes me go, it will be winter and winter a few days I can take. In fact, I like some cold, some snow and all that Yallah, wonderful for a few days, but longer periods, sometimes five, six weeks. My gums will bleed and all kinds of
things.

11:06 And. Oh, really? But when God says go, Jesus Christ says, go. The Holy Spirit says, go immediately.

11:14 I’ll go. I’ll just fix the dates and all. I’ll tell my daughter here to fix the etiquette and all.

11:20 And then after that I will see the dates. Five weeks, six weeks. Winter again, winter again.

11:28 It has always been in winter, never summer, never end of spring. Early spring, also useless because it’s still winter comes and spring comes. Melbourne weather is very uncertain every day now.

11:44 But when you go there many times the sun will come up for a couple of days to warm me up and I feel good. And everybody will say, you brought the sun. You brought the sun, Pastor.

11:53 You brought the Son, Papa. Thank Jesus. But somehow the grace will come.

12:00 You obey. You must have footloose and fancy free. Footloose and fancy free.

12:04 Let thy will be done. Let thy will be done. Any prayer you are doing, go back to let thy will be done.

12:10 You begin to trust him that his will is the best for you. If you don’t trust him that Jesus Christ’s will is the best for you. Are we really believing that he’s the husband of our soul? Are we really believing that he loves us? When actually thus
have proved it? So, brothers and sisters, today, footloose and fancy free is a critical thing.

12:30 But you want to be scriptural and use only the scriptural words, let thy will be done. Let thy will be done. And then you be footloose and fancy free.

12:35 Let thy will be done. Nice to say, you better understand, you better be footloose and fancy free to obey. No looking at this one, that one just obey.

12:48 And then people may laugh at you. Maybe they’ll say, hey, there’s something wrong with this guy. But you will have peace in you.

12:54 Why you have obeyed the Son of the living God. You are willing to obey. And he will move you in your spirit, and he will move you.

13:02 And it’s a great place to be in the spiritual place, in the spiritual plane. It’s a great place to be in Complete obedience to Christ. And when you’re not obedient to Christ, there’ll be a peace leaving you.

13:14 There’ll be distress coming, there’ll be all that. But when you are in obedience to Christ, there will be great peace in you. Even though your body may be aching your lungs, particles from the face, and you are coughing in the morning and you find
difficulty to get up in the morning and you still get up and drag your feet out there and know that this is the will of God for me.

13:34 I must get up and share what God has shown me and taught me and changed me. Share this with others so they can have a great life in the Spirit to do that. Now, peace.

13:47 As soon as you know when I, because of the haze and all my needs, may pain something pain, I start commanding it in Jesus name and all that, drag myself out of bed. Then when that happens, then soon enough get into the motion. The grace comes along
and moves me along.

14:02 I sit here and record it. First I got to search some scriptures and search something what to say. I wait on the Lord what to say.

14:08 So when, when he gives me the thing, I build on that, look for scripture for it and then record it and send out. And you know what? After that, after that I’ll go make a coffee. And I feel good.

14:21 Can you imagine, brothers and sisters? I would have just coughed and coughed and coughed and the chest may be hurting, but I feel good. I feel good because the Lord, the son of the living God, the husband of my soul, Jesus Christ, is in me. And I
feel joy that has given me work to do.

14:40 Even in this age, when I see my classmates and all they struggling what to do this and that, and they oh, I feel good. I feel good. I’m able to help people, able to give them what Jesus has given me and teach them and teach them to command
everything out.

14:55 And then I see some people say, thank you, Pastor. Oh, thank Jesus Christ, thank Jesus Christ. And then somebody will write and say they are so, their life has changed.

15:04 Or somebody says their life has changed. I say, no, no, you have changed. God has changed you.

15:08 So brothers and sisters, today, doing the will of God, doing the will of God first let your will be done. Lord, move me to do. I want to be footloose and fancy free.

15:19 I don’t want to be connected to anything other than you. When you tell me something, my heart and all desire something else. No, I cut that in the name of Jesus Christ foot loose, I’ll get up and move, move, move.

15:31 Oh, winter in Melbourne. No, I will move in Jesus Christ’s name. I’ll move.

15:35 Oh, I may bleed in the mukum. Yes, I’ll move in the name of Jesus Christ’s name. Oh, I may have temperature in the winter.

15:42 No, I will move in the name of Jesus Christ’s name. Brothers and sisters, believe in Jesus Christ. He loves you.

15:49 He loves you. He loves you. And letting him.

15:53 And letting him say, let your will be done. Let your will be done. Therefore, when you’re praying for nations, let your will be done.

15:55 Let your will be done, Father, Let your will be done. Oh, and he’s got Bible says more than you can ask or think he’ll do for you. In the name of Jesus Christ, remember more than you can ask or think he’ll do for you.
