00:14 I call it one because go on for two, three days. Brothers and sisters. This affects all of us because trials come, but many times because we don’t know the scriptures or whatever, we end up thinking.

00:28 Many people, they make a serious error. They end up thinking that Jesus Christ is causing the trouble. No, he’s not causing any trouble.

00:36 There is no trouble Jesus Christ caused. He came to set the captives free. He went on the cross, suffered before the cross, during the cross, went into hell, came out so that we will have life and be set free.

00:47 He destroyed the power of the devil and gave us power to overcome the devil. Whenever he tries to deceive us or whatever and overcome our heart and mind and all that. So there was a serious suffering.

03:40 When two or three brothers and sisters are telling you this is wrong, they don’t do this. And you refuse. No, I know that means you got a pride spirit.

03:48 The pride spirit has to be cast out. That also can be cast out. No issue.

03:52 But if people are not listening, nobody can do anything. Then something will happen. Now.

03:58 But let’s look at this. James 1:13, 16. 13:16 13 to 1:6, reading from the Catholic edition.

04:07 No one, when tempted to say, I have been tempted by God. For God cannot be tempted by evil and he himself tempts no one. Now get this very clear.

04:19 God is not tempting you. And God cannot be tempted by evil. And God himself doesn’t tempt anyone, full stop.

04:26 This is a fact. Accept it. And never come even thinking close to this.

05:36 And that sin, when it’s fully grown, gives birth to death. Do not be deceived, my beloved. See, when we are tempted, it’s because we are enticed by our own desire.

05:49 Because we are not checking what our heart is desiring. To see what our heart is desiring. Is it in line with God’s desire for us? So it can be something looking very nice and clear, you know, for instance, I want to settle this.

06:03 I want to settle this. I want to care for them. I must care for them.

06:09 And then you don’t care how the person who you are trying to care for is viewing you. Maybe the person you’re trying to care for wants peace and left alone for a few days, the person you’re caring for says, no, no, he doesn’t want you coming anymore
for a while and just wants you to. They may be not well, but they may not want you there.

06:30 But you keep on pushing, pushing. Oh, no, I must care for you. I’ll care for you this way, this way.

06:43 But no, I’m caring for them. What? Yes, but you’re caring for them the way your heart desires. You’re not caring for them the way they want it.

07:04 That is your own heart desire. And finally, when they get fed up with you or tell something wrong or react to you, oh, they don’t even appreciate. I worked for them so long and they don’t appreciate.

07:21 So your desire is the one that’s going to lure you and entice you by it. And then when the desire is fully conceived, sin comes. God says, gives birth to sin.

07:31 And then God’s word says that sin, when it’s fully grown, gives birth to death a soul. That sin dies. That’s a precept of Christ.

07:40 Do not be deceived, my beloved. Apostle James is calling, you know, my beloved, do not be deceived. He’s not condemning us.

07:49 He’s saying, my beloved is our own heart desire. God cannot tempt anyone. God doesn’t tempt anyone.

07:56 God cannot be tempted. We are tempted by our own Desire. So now.

08:00 So one of the reasons why trials come is trials help us to persevere. God allows it. Oh, why didn’t God intervene and stop it? God allows it.

08:11 God didn’t create the trial, but he allows it. Because when we are drawn by our own heart desire and then lured by not checking against the desire of God, what desire of God for us, these trials come. There are many reasons these trials come.

08:30 And then God says in James 1:12, God blesses those who patiently endure testing and temptation. Afterwards they will receive the crown of light that God has promised to those who love him. So God says, endure.

much.

09:38 They’re just believing this false thing in the TV that suddenly fellows become rich and all that and they’re having a wonderful worldly life. And they think the worldly life is not going to harm them. So they begin to follow that.

09:49 And many skip school, go with their friends, do smoking or whatever they go and do. And I know one boy counseling now, he doesn’t want to come to church. I went and went and weighed the word.

10:01 He won’t be in school. They all join up for small gangs, sitting at the back of the school, smoking and waiting and whatever. And then they’ll go on lepa, Lepa in Malaysian word is relax somewhere.

15:36 And then you begin the new day. Mercies are new every morning for those who love God and for those who love God. Mercies are not new every morning for everybody.

15:45 I told you all the time. Give you a scripture to see. Not everybody is the children of God.

15:49 Some are children of the devil. Some are children of disobedience. Some are children of wrath.

15:53 Wrath means God’s anger is going to come over them now. God’s anger going to come upon that. So you will now begin a new day.

16:02 Let us now not be weary doing good work. Do the breath of God. You see, there’s another thing you can do.

16:08 The breath of God. Breathe the breath of God. In the name of Jesus Christ.

16:10 In the name of Jesus Christ. I’m not breathing air, Lord, I am believing in faith. It’s your breath that coming here and giving me new life, new power, new empowerment.
