22 By contrast, the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, generosity, faithfulness,
23 gentleness, and self-control. There is no law against such things.
The noun gentleness is perfect for describing the way someone acts when they are soft and calm and sweet to other people
Gentleness Sensitivity of disposition and kindness of behavior, founded on strength and prompted by love
The supreme exemplar of gentleness is Israel’s God. He cares tenderly for the flock under his care, and “gently leads those that have young” ( Isa 40:11
2 Those who think they know something do not yet know anything as they should.
4 rather let it be the hidden person of the heart, with the
incorruptible beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is very precious in the sight of God.
5 Examine and test and evaluate your own selves to see whether you are holding to your faith
and showing the proper fruits of it. Test and prove yourselves
Do you not yourselves realize and know [thoroughly by an ever-increasing experience] that Jesus Christ is in you—unless you are [counterfeits] disapproved on trial and rejected?
