00:08 In God we live and move. Now in Acts 17:24 I use it for 24 to 30. I’m reading from the Catholic version.

00:22 24 Acts 17:24 the God who made the world and everything in it, he who is Lord of heaven and earth, does not live in shrines made by human hands, nor is he served by human hands as though he needed something or anything, since He Himself gives to all
mortals life and breath and all things. 26 from one ancestor he made all nations to inhabit the whole earth, and he allotted the times of their existence and the boundaries of the places where they would live. 27 so that they would search for God
and perhaps grope for him and find him, though indeed he is not far from each one of us.

01:13 28 for in him we live and move and have our being, as even some of your own poets have said. For we two are his offspring. That’s what the poets have said.

01:27 29 since we are God’s offspring, we ought not to think that the deity, that the divine, is like gold or silver or stone, an image formed by the art and imagination of mortals. 30 While God has overlooked the times of human ignorance, now he commands
all people everywhere to repent. Now this, brothers and sisters, is a very powerful scripture, especially when we want to talk to people who don’t know Christ.

02:01 Because we too are doing this. Now. First of all, the verse that we use here today is to know that in Acts 17:28 for in him we live and move and have our being.

02:17 Now let’s take that verse alone. For us, those who believe in Jesus Christ and know God. Can you imagine if you just take an imagine now I’m sitting here and recording this, looking at this verse and thinking of God and thinking of you, who I’m
speaking to, and thinking of myself.

02:37 I’m in Him. I’m in Him. I live and move, even when I’m speaking and moving.

02:44 Let’s say I move to love, collector, iPad or something. I’m moving inside Him. I’m inside Him.

02:51 This is a very important thing to remember, isn’t it? As the Americans would say, awesome, awesome. It’s fantastic to know that when we move, when we speak, when we do something, we are in God. We are inside Him.

03:08 Now, of course, until we accept Jesus Christ, then only when we accept Jesus Christ, then Christ comes inside me. Right now I am In God. Now I accept Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior.

03:26 Then I get inside Christ. Christ is the Messiah, the Savior. But right now, Apostle Paul is talking to all people.

03:36 He said, in fact, he went there and said, I’ve come to tell you about the God that you they had an altar for an unknown God. So he says, I come to tell you about this unknown God you have an altar for and tell you this. This is the God that I’m
talking about, the God Almighty, who does not live in shrines made by human hands, nor is he served by human hands.

03:59 As though he needed anything. Simply Apostle Paul telling, look, God doesn’t need anything and he doesn’t need you to serve Him. He needs, since he himself gives life to mortals and breath to all things.

04:12 God gives everything. God gives life and breath to mortals. So he said, what people are doing is he’s serving these things, these shrines made by human hands.

04:23 And they serve, believing, because we have done this, I’ve done this myself. So believing that as if he needed anything. So I go and give something, I won’t put, a flower or something.

04:38 As if he needed anything. He doesn’t need anything. He needs our recognition first.

04:45 He died on the cross and suffered for us. And he will wash our sins. And he loves us.

04:49 He needs us to know that he loves us. Now this can easily happen even those who have accepted Christ. For instance, let’s say somebody is wearing a cross.

05:01 Step by step, our human nature will lean towards the cross, will begin to twiddle with the cross, will begin to fiddle with the cross, any issue. Then we begin to hold the cross. Slowly, slowly, slowly, it will happen so slowly, slowly you’ll hold
the cross.

05:17 You’re wearing a cross and then some problem comes. Your hands will reach for the cross. And then you begin to hold on to the cross.

05:24 And then begin to think. You can show the cross somewhere and it will work. But God is saying clearly, look here, children, I don’t need anything.

05:33 I do not live in the shrine, I do not live in the cross. First of all settled that he does not live in the cross. And he is also not on the cross.

05:41 He is now seated at the right hand side of Father God. We are in Him. Those who believe in Christ, we are in Him.

05:49 He is not on the cross. So that is another danger. We keep looking at a cross where Jesus is hanging all the time.

05:55 Our human nature, our fallen nature, heart and mind will form an impression that Jesus Christ is powerless. He is hanging on the cross, powerless and suffering away. Hey, he has won it all.

06:09 He has risen from the grave. They put him into the grave. He died.

06:13 He put him in the grave. The soldier pierced his side, water and blood flowed out because why? He died of a broken heart. So his abdomen collected all the blood and waited for God had appointed all these and ordained all this.

06:26 So then the soldier pierces his side, blood and water flows. Then they bury him, then he goes into hell. Then he comes out, taken and overcome everything.

06:38 He took the power of the devil away and he gave us power over Satan and everything else. In the name of Jesus Christ, we can have that power now. This is why he’s saying, look, in times of ignorance he overlooked.

06:53 That is in 30, 17, 30x he overlooked because people are ignorant. I was ignorant. But now he commands all people everywhere to repent.

07:02 Repent means have a change of mindset. Your mind is changing to repent not from your sins, because your sins can’t be washed away. We have to go to him first.

07:13 Our mind must change. Repent in the mind to know that this is not the way we going to the altar, we’re going to the statue, we’re kneeling down and doing something there or whatever. Holding on to the cross that we are wearing is not going to work.

07:28 And he’s saying, look here, I’m not there. I do not live in the shrines. I do not need human hands to serve me.

07:37 That is in 25. Nor is he served by human hands. So if I’m using human hands to serve him and I’m putting the flowers or whatever, I actually going against the scripture and I’m making a gesture that is pointless because as though he needed anything.

07:54 Now he says no. Nor is he served by human hands. As though he needed anything.

07:59 He doesn’t need anything. He wants us to turn. He wants us to know that he loves us and that we know that he loves us.

08:06 And for us to surrender our lives to him. To Jesus Christ, who died on the cross and rose again. And he is the mediator between us and God.

08:15 He wants us to get to him. Come unto me and I shall give you rest. Take my yoke upon you.

08:21 My yoke is easy and my burden is light. He will do everything for us. Now those who believe will cast out evil spirits in my name.

08:31 Mark 16:17. Now this is what he wants us to do. But he doesn’t want us to continue doing this.

08:38 Ignorance is okay, I know what to do. So he doesn’t want us to continue doing this. Holding on to the cross or going there and then kneeling in front of the cross, he is not there.

08:48 I am spirit. Worship me in spirit and in truth. Now what happens? We are somewhere and you can’t get a cross.

08:55 You are somewhere and you don’t have a cross to go and kneel down to. That is why the practicing is important. Because you see, if we keep going to some place and kneeling down, kneeling down to some statue or some cross or whatever, what happens is
when the trouble comes, you are stuck.

09:12 Let us say there are many countries, there are curfews, brothers and sisters, there are curfews. So what people do then take the cross and put inside their own house. They put altar, cross and own house and where Jesus is hanging on the cross.

09:24 And then we kneel down. I have done this, but then God says it’s pointless. I don’t need you to do all this.

09:31 Do not come to the shrines. Because I was made by human hands. And in fact it says now, somehow, as human nature goes on, they make the deity into all kinds of art and imagination of mortals.

09:43 He says in verse 29, we ought not to think that the divine is like gold or silver or stone and an image formed by art and imagination. That is why you have bigger and bigger statues, higher and higher, statues made of more and more gold, more and
more studded jewellery and diamonds and all that. More, more and more and more.

10:03 And all that because they do not know this. So what happens? So God is saying, look, don’t do this, you do not. I am not in this gold or silver.

10:15 You ought not to think, you must not think that the divine is like gold or silver or stone or whatever. And then imagine and made formed by the art and imagination of the mortals. No, but even I’m coming to the Christians who wearing a cross that
I’m a Christian.

10:36 But if it is going for you, if the heart is beginning to turn and begin to put your faith in that cross you are hanging on to then remove the cross, brothers and sisters. Remove the cross. In my case I don’t wear anything.

10:49 In fact, I don’t even wear a watch. But I keep time. That’s why people are baffled especially and they know pastor is coming, he’ll come on time, he will come on time.

10:57 But I don’t wear a watch. Why? I can check the time anywhere. Now plenty of people watches, the computer got watched, my iPad got a clock.

11:07 But point is, you must purpose in your heart to keep time. Because why love your neighbor as yourself? You made a commitment of time, you must keep time, otherwise you’re not loving your neighbor. As yourself.

11:20 And if I don’t love my neighbor as myself, step by step, I do all kinds of things. And the Bible says if you don’t love God with all your heart, mind, soul and strength and love your neighbor as yourself, you will leave. He says if you don’t, you
will not live.

11:32 We better think about time. Time keeping is a big issue among Asians who don’t care about time. And then they kept people waiting and waiting and waiting.

11:41 It’s sin brother. And that’s only not one thing. It slowly creep up and make you slothful, make you lazy, make you ignorant, make you don’t care about anybody.

11:52 Step by step, because you don’t care, you can go anytime. So now therefore I don’t wear anything. I wear my wedding ring.

12:01 My engagement ring and wedding ring I wear together. That’s it. That’s it.

12:08 Now there are people also use the Bible. This is the power of God. And they will show.

12:15 Preachers do this and I get shocked. They take the Bible and wave it and say, this is the power of God. With this power we can cast out demons.

12:23 No brothers, you first believe the power of God comes to you when you believe. When you believe not waving a Bible around. And then there are people who will take the Bible and whack a fellow of the head in deliverance and all that.

12:37 Just because a person gets delivered doesn’t mean he got delivered because somebody took the Bible and whacked him over the head. That is wrong. The demon lives by a command.

12:48 Because you believe in Jesus Christ. You have the faith in Jesus Christ. You have the power in Jesus Christ.

12:52 You believe that Mark 16:17 and you command the demon in the name of Jesus Christ to live and he lives. If that person wants, he wants deliverance. If he doesn’t want, if he’s completely demonized, then somebody else standing in the gap for him.

13:04 That means parents who love him, who got authority over his spiritual being or husband or wife. And they are standing in the gap. And because of their they want him delivered or her delivered, then you command it lives.

13:17 Not because this is the power of God. This is the word of God. This weapon.

13:22 This is a sword of the spirit. It shows all kinds of things. Confusion takes place.

13:27 Now remember the Bible only printed a few hundred years ago for the masses to read. It was printed after the printing machine was created, after the printing machines were discovered and then later on became commercial. Before that, there’s no Bible
bound for everybody to read.

13:46 It was held in the, in the churches or whatever. So what Happened that time. So for thousand over years, there was no Bible in the hands of the normal person.

13:58 No Bible in the hands of thousand over years. And now I think it’s around 500 years there was no Bible in the hands of a normal person because I think the printing machine was discovered only in what, 500, 600 years ago. So what happens in faith? In
faith, you hear the word and move in faith.

14:16 So the Bible, the printed Bible, good, we have it now. We can refer now. In fact, we have digital Bible, easy to search.

14:24 This morning I got up because yesterday went through the haze and I became sick again. Last night, temperature running and all that. So this morning I got up a little late and then I got up only about 7.

14:36 And finally I had to come search for scriptures. God gave me this. I’m searching all this digitally, but without the Bible you can follow Christ.

14:45 You follow Christ in faith, in belief, in love, and know that he loves you. And the Holy Spirit will move you, will move you. God has not left you as an orphan here, move you.

14:58 Brothers and sisters, today we must understand, we live and move. I mean now you’re sitting somewhere. Let’s say you’re now on the way to the work.

15:05 Whether you’re driving your bus or somebody’s car or whatever, or you already reach your office. Now you remember this where you’re sitting, listening to this. You are in God.

15:13 You have our lives. We live and move in Him. In Him.

15:17 So when you took your cup to, let’s say you’re listening to this while you’re having your lunch, you are taking this, a spoon, and putting food into your mouth, or you’re using a hand to put food in your mouth. Remember that you’re moving in God,
inside God. You’re inside God.

15:31 What a fantastic thing. You’re inside God. But now we are inside Christ.

15:36 Those of us who have accepted Christ, our Lord and Savior. We are inside Christ. So you take a moment to remember this whenever you suddenly stop.

15:44 Ah, wonderful. Thank you, Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth. I’m inside God.

15:49 I’m inside you. I’m inside you. I move and live inside you.

15:53 You have made it so. You are a wonderful God. I will not put my faith into all these objects and all that, including the cross symbol I’m wearing here.

16:01 Lord, I will not put my faith in that because it’s pointless to put in that. You yourself said it in the scriptures, my faith, you are spirit and I worship you in spirit and in truth. I will think in my mind, in my eyes, of my understanding in the
eyes of my heart, in the eyes of my mind, I will think of you and remember you that you died and rose again.

16:20 You’re now seated on the right hand side of Father God and I’m inside you and you, Jesus Christ, are inside me. There are segments about this earlier Christ in you and now Lord Jesus, I want you completely formed in my heart and mind. I want
completely you formed in my soul.

16:36 And everything I do, must do in you. Everything I do, I must do to please you. In Jesus name I pray, brothers and sisters, do the fantastic thing.
