00:00 Praise Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Brothers and sisters, today the power of Christ Daily 21st of October, 2015 titled Ask and Receive. Ask and Receive. I’m sure many of you are interested in this topic.

00:09 Ask and Receive. Now, brothers and sisters, today is a day that we are going to put our faith to work. Your faith to work and starts in small steps.

00:23 Many are not doing this because they do not know they will receive. Many are not doing this because there are a whole lot of reasons because they are not taught to receive. Maybe, maybe you have asked and you didn’t receive.

00:35 So these things we’ll cover in scripture first and then I’m going to give examples of what you can do. And of course, if those examples do not completely suit you, adjust it for your own thing. But there are fundamentals.

00:48 Brothers and sisters, today ask and receive is a powerful thing. You are now a child of God. Now, I’m believing that you’ve been listening to these morning segments for some time.

00:58 And you want to follow Christ. You want to follow Christ. You want to follow.

01:00 You want to please him, you want to obey. You want to keep his commandments. Yes, from time to time you may not be up to the mark.

03:17 You’re still quarreling, everything going on. You are now angry with people. You cannot contain your anger.

03:23 You burst out and all that. But still when you crying out to Lord, Lord, Lord. And something is happening.

03:30 And that’s because the Lord of the world is giving you. So you may not like to hear this, but please do this. Listen to this.

03:36 The word of God is clear grace for the humble. God opposes the proud. And then love your neighbour as yourself.

03:43 Love God with all your heart, mind, soul and strength. And love your neighbor as yourself. And if you do this, you will live.

03:50 So if you don’t love your neighbor and all that and going on as you wish, this is also not for you. So you first settle those things. How then, how then settle those things? Very easy.

04:01 Settle those things that Jesus is asking us to do. Want to love our neighbors, want to care for them. And then when you’re doing something you’re doing, don’t do any wrong anymore.

04:12 You want to please Jesus Christ, you want to let go. You surrendered your will. Not my will, Lord, it’s your will.

06:42 Holy Spirit, you do what you want with me, I will want to just follow because I trust you, I love you and please you. If that is the case, now we start. I started this way.

06:54 I started a small thing getting a car park, car park, you know, in, in Kuala Lumpur, many times when you go for meetings and all that, you have a problem because some places you really can’t get a car park cannot. And that this is the case with many
cities. And believe now, many cities I’ve been to is the same story now.

08:35 Is it whatever you ask or think more than that abundantly I do for you. Now that scripture again, if you just go and put Internet search and see Internet search, just type it there more than you ask or think scripture, it’ll come out. Now what
happens sometimes and this happens in a few, couple of this happens regularly, you know, I mean it’s regular, not it’s not a variant, you know, it’s not a one off thing all the time.

10:03 Then after that I said, Lord, I know parking. I was willing to park and walk somewhere and I don’t want to park in the underground because I do not like that long walk from the underground, parking and coming and lift or whatever. So in Jesus name.

10:17 So I. So I told my wife, no Pak, but whatever you ask or think. And I laugh. And just there in front of the sister’s building, the entrance, a car pulls up and that’s it.

10:30 It’s empty. Now brother and sister, same time I said, you don’t have give thanks, give thanks in all things. Now let’s take other examples for a woman.

10:40 A woman, a wife, a mother, a homemaker. Okay. A lot of pressure, a lot of issues.

11:40 Now another one. A student. A student cannot understand something.

11:44 But you want to please God. You want to please Jesus Christ and everything. And you want to keep his commandment.

11:48 Willing to keep his commandment. Yes, you may fall here and die. You still qualify.

11:51 You still qualify. So don’t say I fell in sin, I sinned yesterday. But did you ask for mercy? Fell into sin? If you are a Christian, immediately you say sorry, Lord Jesus, because there will be something in your Heart telling wrong, wrong.

12:05 You don’t wait for the one week to go confession or something. You ask for forgiveness then and there, then and there. He will forgive you and you don’t do then and there.

12:13 The sin is there, isn’t it? So if you wait only to go confession and you think you’re going to clear, what happens if you die tonight? That’s what God says. What happens if your soul is called tonight? You want to be holy, you want to be clear. And

12:32 Sin harms one, sin harms and sin kills. So you want to clear the sin. And that’s what Jesus put.

12:38 You know. Now why did Jesus put this way? Can you imagine? You are in some part of the world, some part of the world where they don’t allow Christianity at all, at all. They won’t allow a Bible to come in.

12:52 Anybody caught with the Bible, they’ll imprison you or whack you or whip you or something. What happens there? What happens there? You couldn’t go to a confession, brothers and sisters, if you go to confession, I’m not telling you do not go to
confession. I do not know about those things.

13:08 I’m telling you. Jesus wants you to ask forgiveness. Then, and then, then and then, then and then, then and then why he wants you to be holy all the time.

14:12 When every evil thing is there, you cannot make it brother and sister, get rid of this self seeking and envy. No envy. Love all, love all, love all.

14:20 I can’t say. And God loves you. God loves you.

14:22 I can’t say that enough. God loves you. Jesus Christ loves you.

14:25 Now you love all willing to love all that’s all no willing and he will move your steps. Now suddenly after doing the breath of God and all the understanding comes, then you know Jesus Christ has answered you. How did the understanding come?
Understanding is the spirit Jesus Christ is released to you.

14:43 Take another case. What case? Okay, somebody is going taking a bus and you are late for some reason. You are late for some reason.

14:51 But of course you are not a slothful lazy person. Never care about. Third, love your neighbor.

14:57 Business always late. You don’t care about time. You don’t care about time.

15:00 Then this won’t work for you. Why you are breaking God’s commandment. He said love your neighbor as yourself.

16:14 And then I said, Lord, I’m unable to make that meeting tomorrow because something urgent has come before I can say anything. That person will call and say they are unable to make the meeting. I said thank you Lord.

16:26 I will say thank youk brother, no problem, thank you friend, whatever in Jesus name. Test, test, test your faith. Do your faith, ask, ask, start small and it will happen and you will know Jesus Christ is in you and he’s settling you, brothers and
sisters.

16:42 This how you grow your faith. Step by step in the name of Jesus Christ. I pray.
