Scripture:
James 5:16 (NKJV)
“Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.”
Understanding:
JESUS CHRIST convicts me of my sins so I can repent and draw closer to HIM. When I confess my sins to JESUS CHRIST immediately and turn away from them, HE forgives me and make me walk in holiness. I must not harden my heart or ignore the conviction of the HOLY SPIRIT, but obey the truth and remain ready for the coming of JESUS CHRIST
Application:
I will examine myself every day according to GOD’S Word. When I sin, I will confess my sin to JESUS CHRIST immediately, ask for forgiveness, and make things right with others when needed.
Prayer:
In the name of JESUS CHRIST… Lord JESUS. Make me have a sensitive heart that obeys YOUR Word. Make me confess my sins quickly and walk in holiness every day. I pray all this in the name of JESUS CHRIST. Amen.
Additional Prayer:
When I am in fear, anger, anxiety, or worry, I call the name of JESUS CHRIST and the BLOOD of JESUS CHRIST many times until the fear, anger, anxiety, and worry go away. And I receive peace of mind from JESUS CHRIST.
Then, by the grace and mercy of JESUS CHRIST, I am able to do what is right in JESUS CHRIST.
I encourage you to call the name of JESUS CHRIST and the BLOOD of JESUS CHRIST many times. Let’s do it together:

- Make me love even those who do or say things against me, because I want to be a son of GOD, and as a son of GOD, I love all because GOD is love, JESUS CHRIST is love.
- Make me deny myself and pick up the cross daily and follow after You, LORD JESUS CHRIST.
- Make me, LORD JESUS CHRIST, be GOD-seeking and not self-seeking always. If I am self-seeking, it will cause every evil thing to come upon me.
- Make me GOD-seeking by looking for Your Word in everything I do. Not my way anymore, LORD JESUS CHRIST, but Your way forever.
Receive the peace of mind from JESUS CHRIST.
Then teach someone to call the name of JESUS CHRIST, and you will be blessed by JESUS CHRIST.
