00:01 Praise Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Brothers and sisters, today the Power of Christ Daily 18 January 2016 the heartfelt prayer. The Heartfelt prayer. Brothers and sisters.

00:11 When I came to the Lord, when I was in the Lord in the early days, there’d be people who telling me, pray hard, brother, pray hard. And I used to be very confused with this. What is this prayer? Hard.

00:24 How hard? What is this heart? Pray again and again, pray until I cannot pray anymore. But I wanted to pray. I wanted to desperate because a lot of things are wrong in my life.

00:35 Yes, I got peace already. But there are things around me. There are deaths and what’s going on.

00:40 There are law, court cases. I’m suing people, people are suing me. These are going on and all kinds of things.

00:46 And so pray hard, brother. Pray hard. What to pray, how to pray, and.

00:51 And then, you know, then suddenly you will read or somebody will teach about the Lord’s Prayer. And then do you repeat the Lord’s Prayer again and again and again? Or do you. And somehow there are times we know from our past when we had gone to a
conversation before.

01:08 They tell you just pray the Lord’s Prayer two or three times and some other prayers and then you have to pray those prayers and then you think you’re forgiven. And I knew when I came to the Lord, all that doesn’t work that just ritualistically you
do. There’s no forgiven that you know, can any man.

01:24 You did so many sins and then just by telling three Our Fathers and two Hail Marys or whatever and you can get out of it. I knew my soul not through cannot be. There must be sincere repentance.

01:35 Then Jesus can give you peace and Jesus has to forgive you. Men telling you you’re forgiven or whatever is not going to work because they can all tell you, they can feel sorry for you. They even have a process for you, but you don’t have the peace.

01:48 I didn’t have the peace. So all this going on, right? So brothers and sisters, so this praying heart. So I started having to check the Scriptures until Jesus brought me the Scriptures.

02:01 It is a heartfelt prayer. It’s not prayer hard. It’s heartfelt prayer.

02:05 It’s not prayer. How long. It’s a heartfelt prayer.

02:08 Heartfelt is an earnest desire inside. Deep feeling for what you are asking. Deep feeling for what you are asking.

02:16 And of course, later on I come to know so many other scriptures by God’s mercy, by Jesus Christ, mercy. And from there I begin to. As the Spirit of God leads me, I begin to understand so many other prayers or scriptures that pertain to prayers and
how these things should be.

02:34 In our ignorance, Jesus Christ overlooks and still answers our prayers. But as we begin to know, as he begins to teach us more and more, he expects us to follow those words of God. Brothers and sisters, there’s no such thing as hard.

02:48 Pray hard, pray hard, pray hard. You know, no, it’s actually a misunderstanding. And those of you who have got this misunderstanding, please today I pray you will understand this.

02:58 And you have to understand that praying hard is just a statement which actually cannot do. Okay, Pray. Sometimes they have overnight prayer.

03:08 So I’ve been to overnight prayer. Overnight they pray, some worship and then they pray for something and then we pray some worship and then some teaching and then some break for some tea or coffee or whatever whole night overnight they think it will
work. But many overnight prayers also didn’t work.

03:23 Didn’t work, brothers and sisters, it didn’t work for me, many overnight prayers and didn’t work for many people that I know that have been. Because every time, you know, I come from a math background, mathematics background, statistical type of
thinking. So I’ll ask, I’ll ask people, you know, how it happened, did it work for you after some one week, few days, one month, they are talking to people, no, they prayed that way, that way, did it work? And then I will also check on the so called
corporate prayers, didn’t work or so didn’t work or so.

03:55 So then I knew it is not a question of going overnight. A long time praying and all. There are other conditions I’m sure that Jesus has put for us.

04:03 Prayers to be answered. First of all, it must be sincere, it must be heartfelt, it must be deeply felt. Now this is in James 5:16, James 5:16.

04:14 I’m reading from Amplified version. Therefore confess your sins to one another, your false steps, your offences, your whatever sins you have done and pray for one another that you may be healed and restored. The heartfelt and persistent prayer of a
righteous man, that’s a believer in Christ.

04:32 When we believe in Christ and truly believe in Christ, in your heart you believe that Jesus Christ, Son of God and he’s your Lord and Master, he died and suffered for you. His blood will wash away your sins. So the heartfelt and persistent prayer of
a righteous man can accomplish much when put into action and made effective by God.

04:49 It’s made effective by God, it is dynamic and can have tremendous power. This is the explanation in the Amplified Bible. Now remember, that’s why whatsoever you ask or think more Than that will be done for you ask or think only now there’s another
scripture.

05:07 So those things and we know that as you grow longer in Christ, you begin to obey him. You want things, you fall into sin, yes, but you’re not purposely doing it, you didn’t want to lose it. And then you immediately be distressed because you’ve done
this wrong thing.

05:22 You say sorry Lord, sorry Jesus, sorry Jesus. And then he washes you clean and you settle the people and we settle all that. What happens? You find that this thing happen in time.

05:30 Many times when you don’t even go, when you go to a place, many times it happens and many times it happens for people who are following this. It’s not only for me. When I’m going for looking for a car park somewhere, some urgent ministry or
somewhere I’m not one urgent going for lunch with some pastors or some friends or family members or family in Christ.

05:49 Suddenly a kapha will pop up just in front of the shop when everybody else can’t get a kapha. Because what you ask for, think more than 10 times because he loves you. That must be settled that way for prayer to be answered.

06:01 You must know deep inside Jesus Christ loves you. And Jesus Christ can do no wrong. Jesus Christ is just.

06:08 Jesus Christ is love. Now first Peter 5:6 I’m going to read through the scriptures and then we’ll try to use the examples. So what we have here is 1 Peter 5:6amplified.

06:21 Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God. Set aside self righteous pride so that he may exalt you to a place of honour in his service at the appropriate time. At the appropriate time.

06:36 He knows when to settle this. He knows. So therefore, and seven that is 1 Peter 5:6 now 1 Peter 5:7 casting all your cares, all your anxieties, all your worries and all your conscience once and for all on Him.

06:52 For he cares about you with deepest affection and watches over you very carefully. He cares about you or cares for you. Some scriptures will say, some translations for he cares for you with deepest affection and watches over you very carefully.

07:08 Now this you have to accept because sadly I have seen over the years, sometimes even pastors and pastors wives, you know what they’re telling sometimes when things go wrong. I’ve served you Lord. Mission fields missionaries I’m very sad,
heartbreaking to hear.

07:22 They suffered, they suffered the suffering. But they turn around and say I prayed and prayed and Jehovah never answered Lord Jesus, you never answered me, Lord. They’ll say, lord, you never answered me.

07:32 I served you so many years faithfully. And why me? Why this happened to me and my family? Why this happened to my husband? Why? What happened to my wife? What happened to my children? What happened to my. You begin to ask these questions.

07:44 Oh, they begin to talk. This is very dangerous, brothers and sisters. Because by asking these questions that means you do not know that Jesus Christ actually suffered already so much went on the cross, suffered face all torn, hanging like we are
formed.

07:59 All for you and for me. Of course, all for you. And you still talk like this means you don’t know Jesus Christ.

08:06 Because you are telling by saying this the devil will take advantage. Because now you are giving a big open door for the devil who walks about like a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour, whom he swallow. Why the devil knows that you really don’t
know Christ? Because if you knew Christ, you won’t talk like this.

08:06 Because you are talking like this means. What it means is you actually telling Jesus Christ doesn’t love you, doesn’t care. Jesus Christ is unfair.

08:29 Jesus Christ is unjust. How can we talk like this? Brothers and sisters and I heard this many times over the years and I began to get frightened for them. Why? Clearly now they really have no protection because they are accusing Jesus Christ that he
is not fair and just that he caused this.

08:49 Whatever happened to us, instead of examining ourselves to see did I cause it somewhere? Did I give a foothold? Did I give a foothold? And secondly, did I do the things he asked me to do? Did I cast out the evil spirits that he has given me power to
cast out all that we don’t do? And they decide to talk like this because they are suffering. They are suffering, understand? Understand? They’re suffering in that suffering. That is when the old statement I created before I came to the Lord.

09:20 The best and worst of men are known in the worst of times. The best and worst of men are known in the worst of times, not in the best of times. Because best of times everything is fine, everything.

09:34 Everybody can pretend to be nice and good and everything. But in the worst of times, when they are put into difficulties, the best and the worst of the men will come out. All the women will come out.

09:45 So I created a statement that time, way before Christ, because I was observing these things and dealing with people, dealing with large number of people. So literally thousands of people. Because esteemed general manager of a huge insurance company

10:00 So you see this now what happened? When I see this now, when first is all nice, when trouble comes for them, they are not going to care about Other people, the best and worst will come out. And when the best comes out, you know this man stands and
the worst comes out. And you know these fellows will lie and cheat and do whatever as so long as to feed themselves.

10:21 That’s why when they say, when few people in the boat, only one fish left, and everybody or one can of food left and everybody is starving for days, then of course the worst of men will take over. That’s why we need Jesus Christ to keep us calm.
Now, when we begin to say like this, the worst is coming out.

10:39 That means what is in your heart. The heart says, he doesn’t care. He doesn’t love you.

10:44 He is unjust. I worked so long for him. I have been a serving minister servant for him so long.

10:50 And he’s done this to us. How can you do, Lord? You, Lord, I prayed so long, Lord. I served you so long.

10:54 Why you’re allowing this? Why didn’t you stop this? Why did you? Why me? Don’t do this. Brothers and sisters, today, learn it. Oh, and reverence.

11:03 He loves you. He suffered so much already. For you, there’s nothing.

11:07 He loves you with deepest affection, watches over you very carefully. But we have done things wrong and given the devil a foothold because he told us, your enemy, the devil, walks about as a roaring lion, seeking whom he may swallow. 2.

11:22 He walks of war. He wants to steal, kill and destroy. So you have to first start and see, where have I gone wrong? What have I done wrong? And then from there you can come out.

11:31 Now remember the other scripture. When you stand praying, forgive. That is a forgive.

11:37 Examine yourself, forgive everybody, everything. Now then, you need to have an attitude of Thanksgiving. Colossians 4:2.

11:47 Be persistent and devoted in prayer or to prayer. Being alert and focused in your prayer life with an attitude of thanksgiving. With the attitude of gratitude is not there.

11:58 Thank Jesus. Thank Jesus. Thank Jesus.

12:00 But your attitude and intention may not be thanking Jesus. I have fallen into this many times because I say thank Jesus Christ. Thank Jesus Christ in the WhatsApp or whatever.

12:09 But actually I didn’t take a moment to back it up with my feeling, my thoughts, my intention. It has become also a cliche. Thank Jesus Christ.

12:18 I’ve been doing this sometimes, and then suddenly I’ll be convicted and say, sorry, Jesus. And then we start again. Now, he’s a forgiving God.

12:24 He’s a loving Jesus Christ. Now, attitude of thanksgiving. Be alert and focus in your prayer life.

12:31 Now, Philippians 4:6. Do not be anxious or worried about anything, but in everything, every circumstance and situation by Prayer and petition with thanksgiving. Continue to make your specific request known to God.

12:44 Continue humbly continue to make them. Now, if you truly cast all your cares right, he said casting all your cares and your anxieties, all your worries or concerns for cares for you. Now that means what you actually after praying and all you leave
it be.

13:00 The thoughts will come. You cast it out in the name of Jesus Christ, you power why? But the negative thought will come. The thoughts that you are praying for will come opposite to that.

13:11 Because the Satan, the familiar spirit knows what you are praying for. You start putting thoughts in your heart and mind and your heart and mind. Our heart and mind being wicked, trained by the world, filled with doubt and unbelief.

13:21 Now we don’t doubt and unbelief. So we cast it out in Jesus Christ’s name. We have attitude of thanksgiving.

13:28 Jesus can do no wrong. That one is so deep building now before the trouble starts, before troubles come building daily. Jesus can do no wrong.

13:36 He loves me. He died on the cross for me. He suffered before that he gave me power.

13:41 He had to do all that. He went to hell, even came out so I don’t have to go. And he gave me power.

13:46 Keep on telling this until your heart understands it. So deep and from the abundance of your heart will one flow. You know Jesus can do no wrong.

13:53 This was not caused by Jesus. Oh, and then. But Jesus you allowed it.

13:58 Yeah, but if you. If he said your enemy devil walks about like a roaring lion. He wants us to take up overcome so I can overcome this in the name of Jesus Christ.

14:08 He’s allowed it to come, so I’m going to overcome this. And all things work for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose. That’s another scripture I’ve dealt with in other segments.

14:20 Then you begin to take this. There’s a segment by God’s mercy, by Jesus mercy we made that’s called kill anxiety. Before anxiety kills you anxiousness, all must go.

14:30 All this will begin to do until your righteousness peace and joy. Righteousness, peace and joy. Accusing Jesus Christ.

14:36 You think you are righteousness. Oh, it’s a bad heart. It’s a wicked heart.

14:40 Accusing Jesus Christ cannot. This is how people get in trouble. They don’t know that the devil why they have not been.

14:47 They’ve been hiding Satan’s strategy. He doesn’t exist. So everybody complains and grumbles and blames God blames Jesus Christ.

14:58 Brothers and sisters, however long you have served a servant and you are blaming Jesus Christ why Lord, why did you allow this? Why you did this? That means you really don’t know Jesus Christ. Humble yourself, ask for mercy, ask for forgiveness and
become a true servant believer of Jesus Christ. Now coming to these heartfelt prayers.

15:13 Heartfelt intent prayer. You will find that when this happens in the heart felt backed up by your energy from your heart. There’s a segment that are recorded by God of Jesus mercy.

15:22 Regarding the power. The power of the magnetic field from the heart is 5,000 times more than the magnetic field that generates in your thoughts. Our thoughts generate magnetic field.

15:31 But as a brain cells in our heart our thinking that search for the segment or ask somebody in the power of Christ. Then it backs up 5,000 times more than magnetic generation of power from your mind, from your brain. The heart has said so when you
back it up, things happen.

15:50 Now one example years ago there was a group of children that one pastor and his wife. The group of children they were given ticket through one teacher to go to some kind of drama, international drama has come from overseas America or whatever. And
then this teacher also invited this pastor’s wife to go along.

16:20 So they got the ticket. Now when they’re getting on the bus, a call comes. Then the call comes and then the the people, the organizers telling no only one adult can come in children not then the children also they don’t know the concept of they
become sad and they parade children.

16:38 No, I don’t know. 7, 8, 9, 10, 11. So they prayed and then after that, just before and then the passerby said no, my na sister, you go to the teacher.

16:48 Anything before that suddenly the call comes. Yes, got ticket. Come.
