Scripture:
Luke 10:19 NKJV
“Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you.”
Understanding:
JESUS CHRIST has given me authority through His victory and sacrifice. This authority comes from Him alone, not from my own strength. Because JESUS CHRIST has overcome the power of darkness, I can stand firm in faith and trust in His protection.
Application:
I will examine myself daily and allow the Word of GOD to correct me. I will ask the HOLY SPIRIT to help me put away sinful desires and grow in the fruit of the Spirit. I will keep my eyes on JESUS CHRIST and remember that my home is in heaven, not in this world
Prayer:
I will remain rooted in JESUS CHRIST and His Word. I will reject fear, confusion, temptation, and every work of darkness that tries to separate me from Him. I will walk in the authority JESUS CHRIST has given me and depend on His power every day.
Prayer:
In the name of Jesus Christ, Lord Jesus, make me trust in Your power and walk in the authority You have given me. Make me remain close to You, follow Your Word, and overcome every work of darkness through You. I pray all this in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
Additional Prayer:
When I am in fear, anger, anxiety, or worry, I call the name of JESUS CHRIST and the BLOOD of JESUS CHRIST many times until the fear, anger, anxiety, and worry go away. And I receive peace of mind from JESUS CHRIST.
Then, by the grace and mercy of JESUS CHRIST, I am able to do what is right in JESUS CHRIST.
I encourage you to call the name of JESUS CHRIST and the BLOOD of JESUS CHRIST many times. Let’s do it together:

- Make me deny myself and pick up the cross daily and follow after You, LORD JESUS CHRIST.
- Make me, LORD JESUS CHRIST, be GOD-seeking and not self-seeking always. If I am self-seeking, it will cause every evil thing to come upon me.
- Make me GOD-seeking by looking for Your Word in everything I do. Not my way anymore, LORD JESUS CHRIST, but Your way forever.
Receive the peace of mind from JESUS CHRIST.
Then teach someone to call the name of JESUS CHRIST, and you will be blessed by JESUS CHRIST.
