Scripture:
James 2:19-22
“You believe that there is one God. You do well. Even the demons believe—and tremble!
But do you want to know, O foolish man, that faith without works is dead?
Was not Abraham our father justified by works when he offered Isaac his son on the altar?
Do you see that faith was working together with his works, and by works faith was made perfect?”
Understanding:
JESUS CHRIST teaches me that true belief is not only saying that I have faith, but surrendering my whole life to Him. I must give JESUS CHRIST control over everything, including my future, my plans, my relationships, my work, and everything I have. When I truly believe in Him, I will be willing to obey His Word and allow my faith to be shown through my actions.
Application:
I will surrender all areas of my life to JESUS CHRIST. I will not hold on to my own ways, but I will seek His will and obey His commandments. I will allow my faith to become active through obedience and trust that JESUS CHRIST knows what is best for me.
Prayer:
In the name of JESUS CHRIST… Lord JESUS. Make me surrender all to You. Make me trust You, obey Your Word, and live by true faith every day. I pray all this in the name of JESUS CHRIST. Amen.
Additional Prayer:
When I am in fear, anger, anxiety, or worry, I call the name of JESUS CHRIST and the BLOOD of JESUS CHRIST many times until the fear, anger, anxiety, and worry go away. And I receive peace of mind from JESUS CHRIST.
Then, by the grace and mercy of JESUS CHRIST, I am able to do what is right in JESUS CHRIST.
I encourage you to call the name of JESUS CHRIST and the BLOOD of JESUS CHRIST many times. Let’s do it together:

- Make me love even those who do or say things against me, because I want to be a son of GOD, and as a son of GOD, I love all because GOD is love, JESUS CHRIST is love.
- Make me deny myself and pick up the cross daily and follow after You, LORD JESUS CHRIST.
- Make me, LORD JESUS CHRIST, be GOD-seeking and not self-seeking always. If I am self-seeking, it will cause every evil thing to come upon me.
- Make me GOD-seeking by looking for Your Word in everything I do. Not my way anymore, LORD JESUS CHRIST, but Your way forever.
Receive the peace of mind from JESUS CHRIST.
Then teach someone to call the name of JESUS CHRIST, and you will be blessed by JESUS CHRIST.
